On 28 December 2009, the Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC) finally approved the Company Registration of ALLSTAR MARITIME TRAINING CENTER, INC. with the primary objective of providing and delivering training and assessment services for the maritime sector The people behind the estrablishment of ALLSTAR are not just enthusiastc about having a training center to run but they are more commited towards quality training and assessment in the maritime sector. In view of this, ALLSTAR adopted the provisions of ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system certifed by TUV SUD standard to profess its commitment towards the attainment of total quality and customer satifcation.

In furtherance of its objectives, many ALLSTAR Training Specialists have recent seagoing experience and thus practical seafaring is combined with teaching, Moreover, all have undergone the mandated training requirements of all MARINA STCW Office.

CARGO HANDLING & CARE OF CARGO (CHCC)

Scope:

This course provides basic training in cargo handling and cargo care for deck officers of dry cargo ships of less than 200 gross tonnages. It covers goods in packaged form and dry cargoes in bulk, including dangerous substances, and related cargo-handling gear and equipment. It covers subjects such as loading and discharge, stowage, segregation, ventilation and general safety precautions.

DANGEROUS, HAZARDOUS & HARMFUL CARGOES (DHHC/HAZMAT)

SHIP SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING AND SEAFARERS WITH DESIGNATED SECURITY DUTIES (SDSD)
